FROM THE FIELDLeadershipHAILEY’S POSTCARDS
Dear reader,
I spent three days in Downtown San Antonio with the UTSA Honors College, connecting with fellow Terry Scholars, Texas Leadership Scholars, and Top Scholars. The retreat brought together personal growth, teamwork, and conversations about research, study abroad, and graduate pathways.
The moments I’m keeping
Discovered my “Green” strengths in the True Colors session: knowledge, problem-solving, and big-picture thinking. Practiced ethics, teamwork, and communication.
Good company
Terry Scholars · Texas Leadership Scholars · Top Scholars · Hosted by Kristi Meyer
In my toolkit
Leadership · Collaboration · Communication · Ethical decision-making
